Privacy notice

This notice explains which personal information we handle on this website, why, and what choices you have.

1. Who is responsible

Rokitta LP, a Delaware limited partnership
1900 West Loop South, Suite 1550
Houston, TX 77027, United States
Email: hello@rustguardpro.com

The technical operation of this website is carried out on our behalf by Clueless GmbH & Co. KG, Otto-Hahn-Straße 2, 24537 Neumünster, Germany.

2. In short

This website does not use cookies and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising services. The font (Montserrat) is hosted on our own server, so your browser does not connect to Google or other third parties to load it. We only handle personal information when you visit the site (server logs) and when you contact us through the form or by email.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website runs on a virtual server of the Hostinger group located in Germany (Frankfurt am Main), under a data processing agreement. When you open a page, the web server automatically records your IP address, date and time, the page requested, amount of data transferred, status code, referrer and browser/operating-system information. We use this to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors. Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

If you visit from outside Germany, this means your data is processed in Germany.

4. Sample kit request form

If you request a free sample kit, we process what you enter: business name, your name, email address, ZIP code and city, and optionally the number of dishwashers. We also record which language version of the page you used and the time of your request.

Why: to handle your request, contact you and send the sample kit. Legal basis (where the GDPR applies): steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Where it goes: the details are stored in a database on our server in Germany. We also receive a notification with these details in an internal channel in Slack (Slack Technologies, a Salesforce company, which may process data in the United States) so that we can reply quickly.

Spam protection: the server briefly limits the number of requests per IP address. The IP address is held only in memory and is not stored permanently.

How long: we delete your request once it is handled and no business relationship results, at the latest after 12 months. If a test or contract follows, we keep the data as long as needed for that and for legal retention periods.

Providing the details is voluntary, but without the required fields we cannot process your request.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you write or call us, we use the information you give (for example name, contact details and your message) to answer you. We delete it once the matter is closed, unless we have to keep it by law.

6. Sharing

We share information only where needed to handle your request (for example with the carrier that delivers the sample kit) or where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can object to or ask us to restrict how we use it. If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to data portability and to complain to a supervisory authority; for our technical operation in Germany this is the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein, Holstenstraße 98, 24103 Kiel, Germany. If you live in California, you have the right to know about and delete your personal information; we do not sell or share it. To use any of these rights, email hello@rustguardpro.com.

8. Changes

We update this notice when the website or the law changes. Last updated: October 1, 2026.
